My treatment offer
Without years of therapy and hundreds of sessions, get rid of fears and panic attacks. The basis of my therapy is the Bernhardt Method according to Klaus Bernhardt, in which I am trained. This method aims to achieve lasting therapeutic success within three to six sessions over a period of six months.
For me, the focus is on changing to positive thinking and behaviour and overcoming anxiety and panic attacks quickly by own efforts.
